We have served the real estate industry
for buyers and sellers of homes as a general contractor doing structural
repairs since 3/9/1977, License #RIGNEC*234DZ.
Our specialty is significant WDO
structurally damaged homes that you may need professional consultation on how
to do the repairs or a bid for repairs.
Bid-Fee: $100.00
(This fee will be deducted from the total bid if we are awarded the contract)
Note: Structural pest
inspection reports will have a diagram
of the home attached that will give general locations of issues. If this
diagram is not attached, call the inspector and request one. This diagram shows
a contractor where to look for the problems; you will receive a competitive bid
because contractors will be looking at the same issues.
Consultation
fee: $100.00 an hour for example you have been told you have
major WDO corrections, the bid-repair recommendations are all over the board.
We will for this fee advise you as to what should be done and how to correct
the issues with no conflict of interest as the consulting is all we would be
involved with.
Neither
the owner or any employee of Rigney Construction shall do repairs to any home
inspected by Rigney Home Inspections.
